The Head Recruiter will be in charge of the recruitment and evaluation of the staff. He will design the tests and procedures to find the best candidates for the company. Job located in Ukraine, with recruitment in different countries. The job will be conducted in English.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop hiring plans and strategies  

• Managing performance evaluation systems 

• Recruitment and People Development 

• Performance Assessment 

• Improve HR policies and employee engagement 

• Talent management and compensation benefits assessment 

• Find qualified candidates for open positions 

• Reviews applications and background check reports 

• Improving employee retention  

• Create and present KPI reports 

Requirements 

• 3 years of experience as Head Recruiter 

• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Familiarity with selection methods and psychological tests 

• Posting jobs on social media and job boards 

• Knowledge of HRIS and ATS 

• Time management and problem-solving skills 

• Critical thinker 

• Great communication skills 

• Very good English 

• Can work remotely
