1️⃣ Mandatory elements of brand identity
📌 1. Logo (update or redesign)
- Minimalist, modern, premium.
- Versions:
- full color,
- monochrome,
- white/black,
- vertical and horizontal versions.
- Files: SVG, PDF, PNG, AI/PSD.
📌 2. Corporate color palette
- Main colors (2–3).
- Additional accent colors (1–2).
- Specify:
- CMYK (for print),
- RGB/HEX (for screens),
- Usage guidelines.
📌 3. Typography
- Main font for headings.
- Secondary font for texts.
- Usage recommendations.
- Style for official documents.
2️⃣ Corporate materials (mandatory)
📌 1. Business cards
- At least 2 design options.
- Versions for director, manager, technician.
- Double-sided design.
- Ready-to-print layouts (PDF/CMYK).
📌 2. Official document templates
Templates in Word (docx) and PDF formats with text fields.
Mandatory templates:
- Devis (estimate)
- Facture (invoice)
- Bon de commande
- Attestation de fin de chantier
- Mémoire technique (cover + structure of headings)
- Letter template (A4 Letterhead)
- Template for DCE / tender documentation
Style: clean, modern, serious, suitable for public works in France.
📌 3. Corporate clothing
Design and preparation of layouts:
- t-shirts (black / white),
- reflective vests (gilet de chantier),
- hoodies,
- jackets,
- work pants with logo,
- caps/baseball caps,
- helmets with logo,
- RGE/Qualibat vests (if needed).
Layouts for printing + production recommendations.
📌 4. Vehicle branding
Design for:
- Renault Master / Trafic,
- Peugeot Boxer / Citroën Jumper (standard construction vans).
Options:
- full wrap,
- partial wrap,
- minimalist logos and contacts.
📌 5. Social media templates
For Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn:
- before/after post template,
- story template,
- job vacancy announcement template,
- project presentation template.
Formats: JPG + PSD/Canva/Figma.
3️⃣ Brand Book (mandatory document)
In PDF, 12–30 pages.
Must include:
- logos and usage rules,
- colors,
- fonts,
- document layout rules,
- examples of logo placement,
- correct/incorrect logo usage,
- style principles in social media,
- examples of business cards, documents, clothing, vehicles,
- printing and production recommendations.
4️⃣ Additional options (at the freelancer's discretion - welcome)
The freelancer may offer additional services, such as:
- website design (landing page),
- company presentation in PowerPoint,
- template for commercial proposal,
- advertising posters A3/A4,
- stickers for tools,
- email signature.
5️⃣ Materials I will provide
- Logo (current version, if available),
- full company name,
- contact details,
- examples of existing documents,
- photos of projects,
- style preferences.
6️⃣ Requirements for the result
- Premium modern design.
- All files must be provided in AI / PDF / PNG / DOCX / Figma formats.
- Print-ready (CMYK, 3–5 mm bleeds).
- Source files with editing capabilities.
- Consistent style across all media.
- Ability to easily scale the brand to new materials.
