I am a strategic analyst specialising in nuclear policy, great-power competition, and post–arms-control security dynamics. My work examines how global strategic shifts reshape the balance of power and influence national security decision-making. In parallel, I research public administration, regional policy and institutional resilience under wartime transformation. I analyse how governance structures, local self-government and state capacity adapt under systemic stress — and how institutional reforms interact with strategic security realities. My publications include analytical reports for the National Institute for Strategic Studies (NISS) on nuclear order transformation, regional development agencies, local governance resilience, criminal justice reform and the societal impact of war. I work at the intersection of national security, state capacity and political transformation — connecting global strategic processes with domestic institutional evolution. In my research practice, I actively integrate and customise AI systems to support structured analysis, comparative policy studies and scenario modelling. I treat AI not as a substitute for expertise, but as a calibrated analytical instrument aligned with strategic research standards.
