Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all feature deliverables meet quality objectives in functionality, performance, stability, security, accessibility and data quality
• Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to understand the product requirements, execute the test plan
• Define and participate actively in functional, system, integration and regression testing activities within project timelines, identifying software problems and their root cause
• Work with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other Quality Engineers in an Agile team environment
• Analyze, troubleshoot, recreate issues reported in the field by existing customers

Job Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least one year of industry work experience
• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language, as well as willingness to learn others (Perl is ideal)
• Experience in front-end, back-end, automated, performance and regression testing of enterprise web applications would be a plus
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
• Basic scripting and automation skills (Selenium, Perl…)
• Basic understanding of scalability and performance for server-side code
• Analytical mind and discipline to work on multiple priorities against tight time deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Intellectual curiosity and self motivated work style
