Customer Support Representative (remote)

A fast-growing e-commerce company is looking for a talented and energetic customer support representative to efficiently maintain customer relations and process incoming orders.

This is a position for a person, who will work from 6 AM to 2 PM from home at least 4-5 days per week. Please only apply if you reside in Kiev.

You will be expected to bring the following results:

1. Full coverage of incoming workloads and customer maintenance without supervision participation.
2. Efficiently managing executors (writers) by safeguarding a timely delivery of the product and its basic instruction following.
3. Converting up to 70% of the prospected/warm leads that showcased an interest in our service or/and stumbled upon payment issues.
4. Excellent and friendly communication tactics both in chat and by the phone.
5. Achieving close to 5% or complete elimination of the product delays, dispute escalations, or cancellation indexes.
6. Bug-reporting and CRM optimization suggestions.
