In this case, AKL is wound in turns with a diameter of 400 to 900mm with a stepped offset of their centers along a straight line by an amount equal to 1/3 or ½ of the turn diameter, with subsequent fastening of the last in the places of intersections with galvanized steel brackets. A significant feature of PBB is that, being a flat structure, it does not exceed the dimensions of the fence, has a less aggressive appearance, which is more preferable when creating fences in crowded places.

Плоское заграждение выполняется из армированной колючей ленты (АКЛ). При этом АКЛ накручивается витками диаметром от 400 до 900мм со ступенчатым смещением их центров вдоль прямой линии на величину равную 1/3 или ½ диаметра витка, с последующим скреплением последних в местах пересечений между собой стальными оцинкованными скобами. Существенной особенностью ПББ является то, что, будучи плоской конструкцией, оно не выходит за габариты ограждения, имеет менее агрессивный внешний вид, что более предпочтительно при создании ограждений в людных местах.
