We have redesigned the information block on the affiliate company's overview page

The problem now is as follows. In the old design, this block took up less space and mainly consisted of text. Because of this, the commercial button "Request a Free Quote Online" stood out brightly.
In the new design, it is lower and less noticeable. We are afraid that the number of visits to the affiliate company's website will drop (i.e., conversions will decrease).
Please suggest options on how to make this button more noticeable, but still not unpleasantly intrusive.
