1. About the product

ZAMKO is a simple automated system (online cabinet) for employers, labor agencies, and coordinators in the Czech Republic. It helps manage employees, collect their questionnaires, store documents (passports, visas), keep track of working hours, advances, and salaries in one place, replacing chaos in Excel and messengers.

2. Contest tasks

Develop a modern, lightweight, and minimalist design for 6 pages:

  1. Homepage (Landing Page) — product presentation.

  2. Company registration page (two-block structure: form + interactive slider).

  3. Login page (Authorization) — a single entry point for all.

  4. Employee profile activation page (two-step form by code).

  5. Terms of use page.

3. Style, colors, and creative freedom

  • Basic vision: Currently, the service is envisioned in clean white-blue tones. It should look like a modern, reliable, and lightweight tool that does not overwhelm the user's eye.

  • Creative freedom (Important!): The current structure and prototypes (links below) are what I developed myself, and I like this logic. However, I absolutely do not limit your imagination! If you see a different color solution, more interesting font pairs, cool illustrations, interactive elements, or blocks that look ten times better and more user-friendly — suggest your options! I am looking for a strong UX/UI perspective and will be all for it.

  • Responsiveness: The design should be developed with Mobile First in mind or have a responsive version (especially the activation and login pages, as employees will most often open them from smartphones).

4. Site structure, content, and fonts

The structure of the landing page should match the current layout:

  • Header: Logo + menu + language selection (EN/CZ/PL/UA) + login button.

  • First screen: Text and buttons below it strictly according to the layout. The side screen of the monitor on the current site can be removed, replaced with something else, or left — at your discretion.

  • Blocks: "About the product" ➡️ "Why you need this" (comparison "Was/Is" with Excel) ➡️ "How it works" (step-by-step process) ➡️ "Advantages" ➡️ FAQ ➡️ Footer.

Text and font requirements: The provided text is final, but minor adjustments are possible. The design should be flexible so that if the text becomes a bit longer or shorter, it still looks good.

  • Important: Do not make text as an image. Do not use exotic fonts. The site will be localized into different languages, so the fonts must correctly support Cyrillic and Latin (Czech/Polish diacritics) to avoid problems during layout.

5. Additional conditions (Logo)

There is currently no finished logo (it will be developed later). If you play with the name ZAMKO in simple text or add a light graphic element that combines well with your design — I will be very grateful, and we can leave it as the final brand logo.

6. Links to current pages (for reference):

Everything that is currently implemented logically — I like. From you, I expect the creation of a "beautiful face" for these pages:

  1. Main: https://zamko.cz/

  2. Registration: https://zamko.cz/reg.php

  3. Login: https://zamko.cz/login.php

  4. Activation: https://zamko.cz/activate.php

  5. Terms of use: https://zamko.cz/terms.php

7. What the final result from the winner should include:

  • Fully responsive layout in Figma (Desktop + Mobile).

  • Thought-out logic for the developer (button states, inputs, hints, errors when filling in fields).

Good luck to everyone! I look forward to your cool works!

Updates
Update #1

All submitted works are simply terrible and look alike. This indicates that you are blindly using design generated by ChatGPT. I did not prohibit the use of AI entirely, but I meant generating thematic images or some graphic elements, not what you are doing. If you have zero ideas in your head on how to interpret the concept so that the site looks alive and created by a designer, not a neural network, please do not participate in the contest; you will not pass anyway.

There was one participant who developed a layout without the help of AI, but it looks like it was made in PowerPoint. If I specified in the brief that I prefer white and blue tones, it does not mean that everything should be just white, with black text and blue buttons.

Very disappointed with absolutely all the works.

Update #2

Hello everyone! I have faced a huge amount of hate, a very large one. You say: "How come, we worked, spent time, and why do you say the work is terrible?"

A lot of whining and stupid messages in my email and personal messages. I don't even want to respond to your messages or comment on your work.

I don't know where to start... From the fact that the work is of very low quality and worthless? Yes, it really is. And I understand that you think you are a super cool designer and your work is special. Take off the rose-colored glasses, it's not so. The work is of low quality, and now the contest is ending, and I don't know who to choose as the winner because I don't see any of your designs for my project.

You might say low price? I am offering $444 (you receive $370) to get a main page for desktop and mobile version. The registration and login pages, as well as the terms page, can be adjusted to fit the main style in an hour of work. So this is not a large amount of work, therefore it is a normal price, the price recommended by the marketplace itself!

Furthermore: do not forget that you are participating in a contest, this is not an individual order. So there is no need to write me your nonsense: "How come, I spent my time." This is a contest, I am not forcing anyone: if you want, you participate, if you don't, you don't. I am not obligated to anyone.

There are people like Oleksandr Sh., Alexey Efанов, Yevgeniy Shal, Oleksandr P. who really developed individual designs, submitted them to the contest, and do not whine. Maybe I forgot someone else, because there are a few people who really tried. Although I don't see their designs in my project, I see that the person thought about it. So you are cool, I definitely do not mean to offend you in any way. But the others are terrible.

The contest has been extended by another day because I was asked by a freelancer with a high rating and good work in their portfolio. And I have hope in him. If not him, then most likely the winner will be Maxim Udovenko or Oleksandr Sh. I am still looking, choosing. If anyone has not sent their work yet, please send it!
