The customer said he would not make a decision in the format that was implemented, but then it was like they found a compromise and have already started to fix something.
As a result, the software works on my side, plus the arbitration was connected, the administration also checked the software's functionality - and they all worked. Per there were some other nuances on the customer’s side, which caused the program not to work, but he decided it was easier to refuse to perform at all.
