The customer immediately said that I was given a project from the company and I thought, “excellent, exactly everything will be good with the communication on the project.”But no, no at all.I waited for answers to my questions sometimes a week, which caused the project to be extended for 2 months.I am as a responsible person if I have a couple of projects at work, then I no longer get to avoid fooling my customers.Due to this delay, I lost a lot of projects.Some questions I never got answers, even though I repeated them a few times.The customer insisted on the work through the seafood and at the same time directly in the work area appeared only the first couple of weeks.by payment:
The customer immediately started cooperation with a request for a discount (in 1000 UAH), I went on this issue for deliveries and agreed.But then we suddenly added the design of a personal office to that amount, which was not agreed on the list of pages for the project assessment.I went back to the departure and agreed.Further, at the end of the project, the customer added a task - a clickable prototype of the entire design of the online store.Separate desktop and mobile version.It's 6 hours of work and I set the cost - in 1000 UAH.What the customer says: no, I will pay 500 UAH and everything that is supposed to benefit me, because Vyacheslav will give me more projects.I decided not to go to conflict and agree.As a result, these 500 UAH were still required after the closure of the project on the seif.If you are interested in this, then I definitely advise you to work with Vyacheslav.And if you appreciate your time, respect your customers and expect the same respect in response, then I don’t advise much.
