The contractor gave enough clear TZ, but after performing the work he wanted new points, which were not discussed initially. I was forced to make a second video so that I didn’t get a bad feedback. However, the second video was completely new, in new conditions. I did not meet such orders before, so I did not start arbitration timely. But now I know how to deal with such customers.
