Unhappy with the cooperation.The customer addressed the request to investigate the current status of the site and find problems, eliminating which site could be fixed after the latest content updates in Google.The Audit provided, separately provided TZ to the programmer, general recommendations for writing content and point TZ for writing content.After familiarizing with the files the customer began to say that all the problems are small and do not affect the negative dynamics, how he solves which problem is important and which no - I never heard.The dialogue with the customer reminded the situation from a typical work memo:
You are a specialist, this is your task, tell me how right.This is so right.I am not agreeing.For a few hours we discussed his opinions, as it turned out the customer ordered a few more audits on the side, also the site has its own optimization team that’s ok, as different views can give a different point of view and interesting opinions about the methods of solving the found problems.But from the fact that, and as the customer argued his opinions, I realized that he is just looking for an executive who will sound the problems he has invented, and the real problems of the site does not interest him.Also, the customer is looking for a way to fix their problems with one click.The fact that the content of the commercial pages of the site is not unique, written by the AI, has a slope of key queries and foolish paragraphs that are written only to put links to another category - for the customer it is not a problem, and it is not important that the last updates were targeted exactly on the content, the customer believes that it was attacked by some imaginary links that can be rejected and returned traffic in one click.I went to the client, provided information and additional tasks that are not included in the concept of "site audit", answered a lot of questions, but the customer is just so confident in his righteousness and in that he understands in SEO better than everyone else in the world that does not accept arguments and logical arguments.Also I was very surprised that the customer himself decided to continue the deadline project until the moment he will see changes in traffic and positions, while nothing of this was not discussed when setting the task, he just wanted it.
I don’t recommend working with this customer in general if you don’t want to spend time and nerves hard.
