Ну чесно трохи дивна задача. Виявити причини просадки можна лише одним з двух методів.
1 - Мати інсайдерську інфо від гугла по данном апдейту
2 - Спарсити данні по так приблизно хочаб 2000-3000 сайтів які виросли і які впали. І потім всю біг дату по цим сайтам проаналізувати та виявити закономірності, які сайти з якими параметрами просіли. А які не просіли або виросли.
Я думаю на фрілансі немає жодної людини яка мала б можливість доступу до інформації з 1 або 2 пункту.
Якщо хтось знає 3 варіант 100% вирішення такой проблеми булоб цікаво почути думки (ну окрім стандартної відповіді - забити на просяд та развивати сайт далі).

Апдейт вот только закончился, поэтому правильнее ждать пару недель. Что не исключает возможность провести аудит и увидеть все со стороны.

да! 3-й вариант это формирование гипотез их внедрение и держать кулаки что сработает! но на это потребуется времени ну и как всегда без гарантий.
P.S. по формулировке задачи, мне показалось, что заказчик хочет получить волшебную таблетку, внедрить ее и получить результат, и только потом оплатить работу специалиста, но это как писал выше это не реально
