discussed the project.I said rightly that if under the “creation of print” there is due to the negation of illustrations from scratch, then the price of 50 UAH per print is too little.If it is a compound of the image + text in the vector (from them.The requirements of production, of course, are OK.The customer agreed, I accepted the project.Five days later, the money was placed in the seafood.I made the first print, sent a prefix on a T-shirt + CDR* file for production, and asked to comment if everything was OK.Four days later, the customer answered, saying the rest are waiting.I made another 4 new printing and sent for approval.Evgeny replied, “We agreed on 10 printes, I see only 5.”I do the remaining 5 printings.What the customer responds is that he needs original printes, not images taken from the internet.(Fortnite, Among Us, Rick and Morty)
But they require CDR files to be produced.I send CDR files.And here the customer begins to tell that he needs original images that are not on the internet.(And this, as discussed earlier, is a negation of illustrations and costs far from 50 UAH.)I immediately realized that there was no sense to explain something, and I turned to the Arbitration in order to look at our situation.I described the problem.The arbitration asked Eugene to comment, but Eugene ignored the arbitration and closed the project with execution, leaving me a negative feedback.(I'm 100% sure of what I can't see before I leave a review)
