The task has been completed in full, but according to the client, he does not have sufficient competencies to test the project.
The technical specifications had gaps that I had to fill at the client's request.
The parser requires proxies, which the client was warned about before the start of the project. Proxies were provided, but they were of poor quality, and after 2 days they stopped working.
The parser cannot work correctly with non-working proxies.
To continue testing and implementing improvements, the developer's work needs to be paid for, which the client apparently is not ready for.
Overall, the work caused a strong sense of bewilderment — why order the development of a program that you then cannot use? A waste of budget funds.
