Setting up deep links in branch.io

There is an application written in Flutter where users share content.
A year ago, SDK branch.io was integrated into this application and deep links were configured. At some point, these deep links stopped working. I am looking for a specialist who can help set up deep links on the branch.io side.
The logic is quite standard:
1. The user shares a link from the application:
- if the user has the application installed, it opens on the content screen shared by another user
- if the user does not have the application installed, it redirects to a website where the same content is displayed in a web view
2. On the website (content page), a link with a deep link is placed, which when clicked, branch checks if the application is installed and:
- if installed, opens the content screen in the mobile application.
- if not installed, determines the device OS and redirects to the appropriate app store, to the mobile application page.
