There is no pretention, there is simply a misunderstanding of the payment and the amount of work. Initially, a certain amount of work and 1 month of accompaniment was agreed. Paying for a month of advertising in November, the customer wanted to get the service for free after a few months - in April, which he received a refusal and a new account for the new volume of work.
