в таком исполнении нам нравится, часть баннера занимает название
логотип компании, а на остальной части показывается информация о
продукции которую реализует предприятие.
Но можно и покреативнее разнообразить придумать баннер.
Но сам смысл таков.

Уже лучше, уже больше информации. Но под сценарием подразумевается то что происходит в баннере, какие появляются картинки, тексты в хронологическом порядке.

Я бы оценил в 25-30уе. Если без шариков и снежинок, то 20-25уе.
