The client constantly added additional requirements to the project, distracting and supplementing the task over and over again. For responsiveness, 10 points, because he was always writing something and inventing additional items. And in the process, by the way, he shortened the deadline for project delivery. He completed 70% of the work and handed it over, but didn't make it due to the client's whims by a couple of hours and was left with nothing. So be careful with this client. I do not recommend.
