Unfortunately, our experience working with this freelancer was negative. The task was not completed to the required quality and on time. Although the initial mistake in setting the deadline was on our part, the actual deadline was clearly communicated two days before completion. The freelancer agreed to it, but after receiving constructive criticism, refused to cooperate properly. As a result, instead of completing the work on time, he began to manipulate the situation, promising to send the project in the morning, even though the deadline was set for 24:00 European time.
The main part of the project was completed, only minor adjustments remained that did not require much time. However, the freelancer deliberately delayed the completion, which we consider unprofessional. It is important to note that the project lost its relevance after 24:00 European time, and even as of 8:00 the next day, the task was not completed.
