3D ModelingThis project was not based on uploaded 3D maps from Google or ready-made maps. The port area was manually reconstructed based on real dimensions, satellite images, and photogrammetry, as there was no accurate digital model of this area.
The goal was to create a reliable visual foundation for a long-term coastal development strategy — clear enough for municipal approval, technical enough for engineers, and convincing for tourism investors.
… What was created
• A fully custom-made 3D map of the port with real proportions and terrain logic
• Over 2000 structured grids organized for future expansion
• Six floating platforms manually modeled according to the development concept
• Catamaran routes, pier infrastructure, lighthouse, and breakwater (1450 m)
• Multi-stage visualization of platform evolution:
from passenger hub → to café / office / event space
• Kayak rental area, pontoon bridge concept, urban "teasers"

• Manual reconstruction of the area (without automatic map import)

3D ModelingThis project demonstrates my ability to transform orthographic drawings and diagrams into accurate production-quality 3D models.
The subject of the work was the concept car Julietta, developed by Lee Rosario. Using only orthographic views from the front, side, and rear, I built the entire car from scratch in Blender, strictly adhering to the proportions, silhouette, and surface logic defined in the drawings.
… The main focus was on accuracy, clean topology, and controlled surface flow, so that the model looked solid, balanced, and professional, rather than stylized or approximate.
The final result was personally reviewed and approved by the author of the original concept, confirming both technical accuracy and visual authenticity.
This project reflects how I work with any objects provided in the form of sketches, drawings, or technical illustrations — from vehicles to products, architectural elements, and custom constructions.

In this project, I focused on modeling the urban structure: buildings, streets, neighborhoods, terrain, industrial area. The model is fully optimized for printing — without intersections, watertight (closed mesh), with the correct wall thickness and clean topology.
! The town maps have already been successfully printed on a 3D printer and are available for sale - which confirms the quality of the work done.
