Я з програмою не знайомий, скачав тріал версію і відкрив проект.
Що треба від виконавця.
1. Потрібен спеціаліст із досвідом у Навісворкс.
2. Підписати НДА для отримання файлу.
3. Відкрити проект, розібратися з інформцією в середині проєкта. Оцінити масштаби роботи та терміни.
4. Зідзвонитись із замовником в гуглміт. Розшарити єкран. Розказати фідбек.
5. Демонструючи екран показати замовнику що до чого у проекті.
6. Узгодити і Вибрати необхідні моделі.
7. Необхідні моделі експортувати в формат fbx, при цьому полігонаж повинен бути мінімально допустимим.
8. При необхідності експортувати моделі окремими блоками.
9. Перевірити як моделі відкриваються і який полігонаж.
10. Передати замовнику фбх моделі

Можно как и fbx так и в obj
Пока не сильно понимаю какой нужен моушен дизайн
Расскажите как вы это видите что бы мы понимали сколько можно будет запросить цену за работу

Простіми словами пайплайн такой:
Откріть проект, рассказать/ показать что там есть, обсудить какие модели необходимо вітащить, експортнуть необходиміе модели в ФБХ, чтобі при єтом не біло заоблачного полигонажа.
Все. проект закріт.
Но. єто проект огромного завода. С кучей информации.
Я с Нависом не работаю, что и как нужно сделать для качественного єкспорта в ФБХ я не знаю.
