At first, everything was fine and everything fit, then suddenly the client started nitpicking about the late submission (even though the text was submitted earlier than the deadline set in the workspace), then about the quality of the texts (without confirming his words with any examples of where something was wrong in the text). It created an unpleasant impression that he decided to nitpick out of nowhere to get the text for free. He tried to open arbitration, but not finding any arguments in his defense, he withdrew it. It turned out to be quite unpleasant; I only advise working with this character at your own risk.
