I don't even know how to call the customer, normal and adequate, there is none. I do not recommend this intermediary to anyone.
The work according to the terms of reference was completed on time. Then a couple of non-critical edits outside the terms of reference, not critical. Then more significant edits were made absolutely not according to the terms of reference, then more requests. As a result, the customer himself delayed the deadlines and the first one wrote to arbitration. I don't know how the arbitration was considered, but most likely whoever complained first is right. Apparently, they were too lazy to read the initial terms of reference and look at the demo of the work done on the test hosting and read the correspondence in 500+ messages only in the project where there is an obvious delay in the project by the customer. In general, I do not recommend it.
P.S. Apparently, this person has dealt with someone else like this before, with 24 safes and 22 reviews.
