Not the first, but the second “blin com”.The project was approved with the customer for 2 stages of work with a period per week, from 15 to 22 August.2 days before the deedline, he reports that he will not be able to take the job (it is 2 days in time and have been placed on the work check by the customer) and extends the project deadlines for 2 weeks, despite the fact that all the work has already been done and remains only to check, give access to the hosting and get a fully working website.Initially, I was decided not to submit to the arbitration, as we planned further cooperation, and just wait a while.After a week of waiting, I contacted the customer in a personal conversation and asked for check and access to the hosting.He delegated inspection to his employees.The whole process took about 2 hours, as a result - no comments.Shortly later I finally got access to the client’s hosting, moved the site and again asked to close the project, which I received a rejection and another perspective of waiting until the full expiry of the updated deadlines.Another two days later, the customer contacted and sent the following message: "The work is not accepted, the site is not closed from indexing and Google has already indexed the black version of the site, which is very bad!Who will compensate for the costs of SEO to fix this problem?"click the screenshot with a page-deep host in the Google index, which was hanging on the site since the time of domain registration.Such a situation should have been another reason to submit to the arbitration, but I have never received a feedback on the work done specifically from the customer.Two days later, the customer contacted and said he was ready to accept the project.The project is accepted 11 days after the completion of the work, provided that the customer has extended it, without any prior agreement and/or warning.The time of the performers he does not appreciate, and the way of speech he wants the best.If you appreciate your time, I do not recommend cooperation with this customer!

During the first stage, the customer was constantly in contact and provided all the necessary information.
