The collaboration was ambiguous. At the beginning, we quickly agreed on the technical task, and the communication was constructive.

However, difficulties arose at the final stage. After I submitted the completed work, the client initially confirmed that "everything is fine." However, new requirements emerged later that differed from the initial terms of reference and had not been discussed earlier.

Unfortunately, an agreement could not be reached, and the situation had to be resolved through arbitration, which concluded the project based on the initial agreements.

I recommend future performers to very thoroughly document absolutely all requirements and expectations "upfront" to avoid similar misunderstandings.
