Never left bad reviews, but it happened. Placed an order on June 10, on the 13th I sent the first drafts. AND ONLY on June 18 did the customer appear on the site.
Received feedback, made adjustments. On June 21, I submitted the work and AGAIN only on June 25 did the customer appear on the site. On the 26th, I asked for the data for the business card and AGAIN only on July 1, after 4 days, I received them (screenshots available). And so on each time.
And then the customer decided to simply close the order because there is no more time to do more. You disappear yourselves and then everyone is to blame that you want to do such a volume of work in 3 days when it should take 10. Because you have a boss who wants results.
So as an executor, I have to wait more than a week, so I have time and no one asked me. I did not write to the administration that the customer disappeared, I sat and waited, wanted the best.
Since this is not the direct customer, but one of the department managers, I consider it appropriate to write directly to the director, communicate and resolve issues with him.
This was a new and very interesting project for me.The tasks are clear and clear.Some of my questions were answered quickly and clearly.The customer goes to a meeting without trouble for a good result and the most effective cooperation.And in general, the most pleasant impressions from the conversation with Anna☀
