When I started working with Artem, I was familiar with the primary TZ and feedback and thought everything would go quickly and smoothly. In fact, everything went differently. It all started with the fact that I sent a test version of the banner to understand my style by the customer, it all suited him, and then the work began. We had to make eight banners.I started creating the first banner (all according to TZ), but Artem said that the banner doesn’t fit because it’s “dark” (in TZ it was written to use the dark picture). When I turned attention to this fact, I got the answer "I suggest not to follow clearly the instructions that are in the TZ, especially if they are bad in terms of marketing or design."The question is, why do we need this TZ?After the 5(!)My options were rejected, Artem began himself to lead the process of creation (take it, put it, use that color, etc.).)When his decisions didn’t look beautiful, and my ones didn’t like him, the story began: “Well, you’re a designer, invent something.”In general, this is a normal phenomenon when different people have a different vision of design, but just to eliminate such disagreements and create a CHECK TZ that the artist would follow the basic principles and rules.I was also surprised when I sent another option, waited for the answer for three days, and after the answer read "We move too slowly, I insist on accelerating the process."
Finally, I want to say the following - if you are going to work with Artem, discuss TZ clearly in advance, and all aspects of its implementation.
