The project had to be closed with the help of the administration and the appeal to arbitration.The customer refused to pay for the project - for subjective reasons.He didn’t like the text.According to the assigned task (including deadlines) - the text was completed (up to 16:00 Kiev time, which was indicated in the project).The arrival directions were submitted quickly (up to 16:00) and sent by a separate file.After that - at the end of the delivery period, the customer refused to work with the statement "I have this project completed."On the questions about the reason, it was indicated that "the text through the water, and there are repetitions" - but no specifics from the customer's side.All claims received by the customer have been processed within the time limits specified by the customer.The subject of the description of the event (with regard to the requirements for the mention of specific persons and sport-1 channel) was fulfilled.After the work was completed, the customer received subjective offensive sentences in the form of saying that copywriting is not mine.I do not recommend cooperation.1 .A person is subordinate to a company, and thus the main decisions are not made by him.2ndThere is no clear idea of the final result, to explain what is specifically necessary - and quickly give feedback on the directions before the deadline expires can also not.
