The customer was very heavy.Project material was sent within a day after the project began.Project didn’t begin to extend.A few times he changed his own texts, photos and even his logo into the already finished videos.Then there was a wave of changes in colors, with these changes the customer exposed not simultaneously, but a bit after each finished video.In the framework of the creation project, the slide show constantly gave additional tasks - to search for intros, music, icons.A lot of additional work has been done - searching, cutting and placing icons on a transparent background for use in the slide show, searching for sound.I asked questions on the phone and received more than 80 SMS messages.When I needed to urgently find out one detail of the project, he said he could not be worried.His time is precious and uncomparably more valuable than my time.Giving tasks 3 days after the completion of the project, the project did not want to be completed, which resulted in the need to connect the arbitration.I do not recommend that anyone contact this customer.The payment was only received through arbitration 4 days after the completion of the project.My most difficult customer.
