Logic: Form submission on WP → a trigger in GTM is activated → an event goes to GA4 (for example, generate_lead/form_submit) with the necessary parameters → the conversion is either imported from GA4 to Ads or triggered directly by the Google Ads tag → the conversion in Ads has the status "Included in the Conversion column" → check in real-time/Debug + test submission.

Common breakdowns:
1. The form is sent via AJAX/redirection, and the GTM trigger is set to "on submit" — as a result, the event is not captured.
2. Duplicates: GA4 event + Ads tag + another plugin are triggered simultaneously — Ads starts filtering or inflating/breaking the accounting.
3. Import from GA4: the conversion in Ads is not "primary" or not included in the column, or attribution/time zone/consent cuts the data.
4. No/broken gclid (redirects, cross-domains, automatic parameter substitution).
5. Consent Mode/cookie banner: events are sent as "denied" and are not counted.

How I will solve the task:
1. I will go through the forms (desktop/mobile): I will check that the application is actually created and there are no losses.
2. In GTM, I will enable Preview, catch the moment of submission: I will select the correct trigger (DOM event/click/custom event/ajax hook).
3. In GA4: I will check DebugView, event names, parameters, absence of duplicates, correctness of send_to (if needed).
4. In Google Ads: I will check the connection Ads↔GA4, conversion import, "primary/secondary," inclusion in the column, and if necessary, I will set a direct Google Ads Conversion Tag (this is often more stable for lead forms).
5. Final: test application + screenshots: event in GA4 and conversion/triggering in Ads (through diagnostics + Tag Assistant).
