The client is complicated in that they tend to constantly add new requirements to the order on top of those stated in the contract. In particular, in addition to the photo shoot of interiors/exteriors, color correction of images, which were initially listed in the contract, there were requests for re-shooting panoramic shots (which were initially agreed upon, but after completion, the client changed their mind), as well as constant requests for retouching actual or imaginary defects of the building (which were ignored during the preparation of the object for shooting), and this additional work was not included in the package of services provided in the contract. There is also significant indecisiveness from the client regarding the acceptance of the completed work and a visible reluctance to pay for work already done without additional unagreed, and therefore unpaid, services.
