Photos of the premises/buildings inside and outside

Overall, the work was done quite well, but the contractor initially created the interior differently than what I had ordered and shown as an example /he took panoramic photos with strong distortion/rounding/ of the interior space, but after my comments everything was reshot and redone. Also, at the beginning, my requirements for conducting the photoshoot exclusively on a sunny day were not taken into account. But the main issue was that we faced significant difficulties in receiving the results of the work/finished photos; I was insistently asked to "close the project" first, and only then was promised the photos, which contradicts the terms of work of this site. For the final check, photos with a very large number of watermarks were provided on the site, which contradicts the requirements of this site and significantly complicated the quality check. Communication was very difficult and unpleasant. In the end, the contractor was openly rude, which cost me a lot of nerves. Thank God we have finished this.

The client is complicated in that they tend to constantly add new requirements to the order on top of those stated in the contract. In particular, in addition to the photo shoot of interiors/exteriors, color correction of images, which were initially listed in the contract, there were requests for re-shooting panoramic shots (which were initially agreed upon, but after completion, the client changed their mind), as well as constant requests for retouching actual or imaginary defects of the building (which were ignored during the preparation of the object for shooting), and this additional work was not included in the package of services provided in the contract. There is also significant indecisiveness from the client regarding the acceptance of the completed work and a visible reluctance to pay for work already done without additional unagreed, and therefore unpaid, services.
