He did not send what was obtained in the program and I could not send corrections. The program is crooked, not beautiful, a huge number of shortcomings.

You can’t call the programmer, the calls are blocked, he understood the information that I wrote in the TOR in his own way. Due to the fact that he did not send brief reports of his work, I could not tell where what went wrong. As a result, when the program was already supposed to be finished, there were a lot of shortcomings, the programmer again asked for time to fix them. If he had sent brief reports, this would not have happened. I created a telegram chat with my partner for the convenience of communication, Alexander did not answer some messages, why he missed the deadlines - he did not answer. He promised to make the program until a certain time, at that time he did not send anything and did not answer messages. When I got in touch, the next excuses began why something could not be done.

When my partner wanted to communicate with him by voice, he asked in response, “Shall I also send the program with my voice?”
As a result, the program is NOT done, what is done is not opened properly, no data can be entered, the program closes immediately, i.e. it needs to be completed or redone (we do not have source files), we missed all the deadlines for releasing the program to the market, we lost customers who have been waiting for this program and have to look for a new programmer.

Who will make up for this loss of time, money and customers?

Such a "programmer" needs to lower his rating or even block him on this site and fine him for such an attitude towards customers. Not an employee, but a scammer
