Unfortunately, the collaboration with Alla turned out to be an extremely negative experience. The project involved translating a video that was critically important for the launch of a new product. The sales launch had already begun, and due to Alla's failure to fulfill her obligations, we were unable to properly present the product to our clients.

Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the situation, Alla completely ignored all our inquiries. This led to a number of problems in our work, the details of which I consider inappropriate to mention. It is important to note that the lack of communication and failure to complete the project on time have serious consequences for our business.

I cannot recommend Alla to other clients and advise being cautious when considering the possibility of collaborating with her, especially in projects where meeting deadlines is crucial.

Deadlines were exceeded, there was no response for 3 days, urgently reassigned the task to another freelancer.

The person took the assignment and disappeared.

According to the agreement, Allah had to fulfill the task until a certain date and begin timely to partly send the ready material. The deadlines for execution were discussed, I clearly indicated the deadline because it was very important. Freelancer was all right.

Allah took the moment of sending the material every time I wrote to her and reminded her of it.

After all, it’s been 5 days since she doesn’t get out of contact, doesn’t respond to the SMS and doesn’t go to the site.
At first I was patiently waiting, but now all the dates are burning in me! The freelancer did not give anything!!The !

Of course, I’t recommend Allah to anyone as a freelancer, because the person is extremely irresponsible, does not fulfill his promises and can so easily disappear, without anticipating and without responding to my message.

The project, which was intended to be implemented in 7 days - in 19 days, has not been fully implemented. It was extended twice and yet the executive did not meet the task. Not all technical requirements are met, the quality of performance is fairly medium.

Our cooperation with Alla began on December 16, 2020.
Before making a deal, I clarified with her whether everything was clear according to the assignment, whether there was a database of donors for the required references, to which an affirmative answer was received (I quote: “Everything is clear according to the assignment. I can join tomorrow. If it's still relevant, please contact us!", and the search for sites on the desired topic for the performer "will not be difficult."
I chose Alla as the executor of this project. On December 18, funds were deposited into the safe, I sent her a document with the exact task on 2 tabs, with the requirement for the task and the required volume (and other details, exact URLs, link types, Anchors), and asked her to fill it out as she worked.
On December 19, Alla sent test links (5 links out of 60), asked additional questions, received answers.
We agreed that she would send an interim report as the work progressed.
On December 23, problems began with the laptop, Alla warned that due to malfunctions, no work was carried out on the project. Later, on the same day, she threw off 10 more links, the project was extended for another 3 days, because.The executor failed to finish the execution in time, the executor promised to compensate the delay on the deadlines with a large number of links (I quote: "As a compensation for the break of the schedule I will place for 30 more links.That is, it will only be 90 for the same price.“)
On December 28, the Executive took 33 other links to the chat, and then I asked her to keep the necessary insert in the document to verify the correctness of the link, whether the requirements on the anchors and the type of link were met.On December 30, the executive contacted and warned that her children were sick, but there was no progress on the project.I extended the project for another three days.On January 2 the deadline for the implementation of the project has expired, tried to get in touch with Allah, the answer was not received.4 January extended the deadline for another 3 days (New Year still) until 7 January 2021.Neither 7, nor 8 nor 11 performers came out of contact.As a result: from those links that the executor sent earlier in the chat (although under the conditions - the conduct of the work should be fixed in the document) - you can well count from 3 to 10 pieces, it turned out that during the performance of the task my requirements were not taken into account at all. The performer put links anywhere, not on the pages that were needed, relying on some factors that were still unknown to me.
Alas, I never received a response from the performer, nor the finished result.
