Unfortunately, the collaboration with Alla turned out to be an extremely negative experience. The project involved translating a video that was critically important for the launch of a new product. The sales launch had already begun, and due to Alla's failure to fulfill her obligations, we were unable to properly present the product to our clients.
Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the situation, Alla completely ignored all our inquiries. This led to a number of problems in our work, the details of which I consider inappropriate to mention. It is important to note that the lack of communication and failure to complete the project on time have serious consequences for our business.
