      The market and competitive environment in the retail automation industry have been analyzed. The research revealed solutions with more relevant functionality that were not initially considered. A detailed analysis of functionality, competitive advantages, and positioning identified significant threats, prevented potential difficulties and budget losses due to incorrect market entry strategies.
      Based on the results obtained, changes were made to the MVP functionality to ensure differentiation in the market. As a result, the first pilot project was successfully launched in the target market within 3 months.
    • Competitor research to identify growth points

      The client did not understand the level of competition in the industry and did not see opportunities for growth. The research showed that what the company considered its competitive advantage was actually its weakness, as more suitable solutions already existed in the market.
