Since I have already worked on this project, I know the audience, their pains and needs, what works and what doesn't, launching the ads was easy.
We closed the group for April, and several people signed up for further training.
What we did:
* Tested different creatives, videos worked best.
* Tested Reels for traffic. Also generated applications.
* Messages in Direct worked best.
What were the nuances:
*One challenge with projects in Europe is that results for message ads in Direct are not tracked in the ad manager; everything must be checked and calculated manually in Direct.
*Only active specialists with a cosmetologist certificate (cosmetologist or medical education) could enroll in the course; many interested parties were filtered out.

Overall, we received orders from 12 clients. The main goal was to attract a client once, who would then become a regular customer.
The client had not run advertising before this. We tested different approaches, and the best results came from "Direct message" outreach, which brought us the most relevant inquiries and sales.
Difficulties in promoting this project:
- Only static creatives were used for advertising; the client could not shoot a video from production because the customers did not want to disclose information about themselves.
- Irregular management of the Instagram account
- Power outages also affect the speed of order fulfillment.
When promoting services from business to business, it’s important to understand that this is not just about selling a product and expecting 300 orders per month (with the budget we used). Additionally, the decision-making cycle for purchases is longer compared to everyday consumer goods.
In B2B promotion, the main focus is on the quality of inquiries, processing by managers, service, and meeting the declared quality standards.

After the first ad launch, we did not get results. There were inquiries, but people did not respond to messages at all and did not continue the conversation. Why? Most likely they encountered bots. We did another restart, and the situation improved significantly.
After the testing period, a working combination was identified: 2 audiences with different interests, static creatives performed well.
We also tested different ad objectives: lead form, Instagram Direct. Instagram worked best.

Our girls in Vienna prepare incredibly delicious Ukrainian cuisine. They have now opened a local restaurant.
What did we do?
We tested different advertising goals (Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger). The best results came from Instagram and we are boosting Facebook Messenger. Static creatives with descriptions of what can be ordered worked very well.
In the second month of advertising, there was a drop in performance for 4 days.
I quickly redesigned the creatives, restarted the campaign, and the ads started working properly again. But this did not prevent us
from reaching the same income as in the first month.
And in the third month, we increased the budget and doubled the orders.
At the end of the third month of cooperation, we opened a local restaurant. Many people asked where it was located, came to taste, and ordered food for takeout.
