Task:
1. Launch stable sales in the Singapore market, where CPM is several times higher than in Europe.
2. Achieve ROAS 2+, as this is the level at which the brand became profitable.
3. Segment the catalog and build an effective funnel without using standard e-commerce formats (Instant Experience, catalog).
Approach:
1. Market analysis
2. The Singapore market is known for high CPM, but the average check allowed for high margins.
3. The main product is serums for eyelash and eyebrow growth (not decorative cosmetics, but care).
Test campaign
1. Launch on the full catalog: received initial results, but CPA was too high.
2. It was found that only a portion of the products had maximum demand.
Product segmentation
1. Identified groups of bestsellers.
2. Separate creatives developed for each group → focus on product value and premium effect.
Funnel solution
1. Instead of the standard e-commerce format (Instant Experience / catalog), a direct link to the specific product card that the person saw in the creative was made.
2. This approach immediately increased conversion: the user saw the same product that caught their attention in the ad.
Optimization and scaling
1. Constant cutting of weak creatives.
2. Scaling through better audiences (retargeting + lookalike).
3. Control of ad frequency to avoid burnout.
What was done:
* Full research and adaptation of the strategy for the premium audience in Singapore.
