Louise is a good designer, he did the work as he ordered. But there were problems with communication and understanding, which significantly affected the deadline of implementation. In my opinion, the task was not clearly placed either. There was a problem situation, but we agreed with Louise. He is ready to negotiate and solve any problems.
The quality of work is good.
Professionalism suffers in the point that the work is done at night and the connection is deteriorating due to it.
The price/quality of the work is very profitable.
Contactness, as he wrote, suffers due to nightwork.
The deadlines were not scheduled, because of the lack of understanding of each other. The project was declared urgent. I wanted to do it in 2-3 days. It was more and it had to be extended twice.
Since Louise seems to be working or very busy, I advise to discuss the deadlines with her more specifically.
This criticism applies only to this project.
