    Project Description

    YesStore is a retail online store of gadgets, accessories, and consumer electronics, created from scratch during 2017 to 2020. The project covered the full cycle — from brand development and website launch to team building and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. The main goal is to offer quality service and quick access to popular electronic goods in the Ukrainian market.



    Main tasks and areas of responsibility
    • Branding and positioning
    Development of name, visual style, logo, and overall brand identity.
    • Creating an online store
    Launching the website based on CMS (Opencart), configuring catalog structure, filters, order system, integrating with payment and logistics services.
    • CRM system integration
    Automation of order processing, product synchronization, customer database management, analytics.
    • Team formation
    Hiring and coordinating the work of SMM manager, content manager, order processing operator, targetologist, and external developers.
    • Marketing and promotion
    Developing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads.
    Launching SEO optimization and creating content for the blog and social networks.
    Partnership programs with bloggers and tech reviewers.
    • Operational administration
    Working with suppliers, inventory control, pricing, order processing, logistics.
    • Analytics and development
    Implementing Google Analytics, sales funnel analysis, regular UX improvements, product range scaling.



    Results
    • Created a full-fledged brand with recognizable style in the Ukrainian tech market
    • The online store operated stably during 2017–2020, ensuring daily sales

    The YesStore project became a practical example of full-cycle e-commerce business launch: from idea to actual sales. The experience gained includes both technical and business aspects of creating a retail online store.
  • UltraOpt — B2B platform for wholesale mobile accessories sales

    Project description

    UltraOpt is a project to create a full-fledged e-commerce infrastructure for wholesale trade of accessories for mobile devices (headphones, chargers, cables, protective glass, etc.). The task was to develop an online store from scratch and establish all business processes — from stock synchronization to advertising launch and promotion.



    Responsibilities and scope of work
    • Product management: forming the product vision, requirements, functionality, and project goals
    • Team coordination: interaction with developers, designers, and 1C specialists
    • Site development and launch: managing UX/UI creation, catalog structure, filter and order systems
    • CRM (1C) integration: coordinating logic for synchronizing products, stock levels, prices, and orders
    • Testing: quality control at all stages — from development to final launch
    • Marketing: launching initial advertising campaigns in Google Ads and social networks
    • Content and sales support: creating content, posting on Instagram and Facebook, attracting new B2B clients



    Results
    • The site was successfully launched and fully integrated with CRM
    • Key processes automated: product updates, stock synchronization, order accounting
    • Received stable traffic from advertising and social media
    • Created an effective catalog management structure with hundreds of items
    • The online store became the main sales channel for wholesale clients

    Development and launch of a functional online store based on the Shopper platform for the company igma.com.pl, which sells technical goods. The project covers the full cycle — from design to integrations with suppliers, CRM, and advertising systems.



    Main goals:
    • Create a convenient and intuitive interface
    • Fully automate product updates
    • SEO optimization to rank the site in Google's top search results
    • Connect to analytics and advertising platforms



    Implemented:
    • Responsive interface design (desktop + mobile version)
    • Implementation on the Shopper platform (no programming required)
    • Integration with supplier database via XML/CSV feeds
