    The customer received a task:
    It is necessary to corrolate the presence of the voltage on two lines - one main on which sometimes the voltage is missing,and second-step,which is connected to the generator.And it is also necessary to notify the owner by SMS in case of the voltage is missing.It was manufactured a device based on Arduino Nano и SIM900A module.Control is produced by two lines and in case of failure to the main line of voltage,controller awaits a certain time and asks the line with the generator.In case if the generator launched-controller sends a SMS about that the generator launched,that the owner knew when this happened and could calculate the time to repair.In the event that there is no voltage on the generator line, the controller will send a SMS with a notification that the generator has not launched after the voltage on the main line is missing, and it is worth checking it.The controller was performed on the installation plate,installed isolated power block from Hi-Link, was added battery to that after the loss of voltage,the controller was able to send SMS and monitor the state of entries.There is the possibility to scale and expand the functionality of the device.

    The task was performed on the basis of the microcontroller Atmega2560.
    A graphic display of 128x64 and 1 button to drop is displayed.
    All the device is placed on the maket plate, in the future possible will be designed a full-value print plate.
    The controller uses the Hall's hermetic sensors to control all parameters, but they can easily be replaced with optical or other.

    Weight with the ability to measure volume and size

    The customer provided a steel body of weights with a built-in tensor and a set of components on which weights should be built.The components were:
    Arduino MEGA 2560 Mini
    Laser Distance Sensors
    Tensor module with the TTL-232 - HX-750 interface (analogue HX-711 with the possibility of connection by TTL-232).Display from the Chinese company HUNDA H480x272 with an I2C interface.The tasks were to make the accurate measurement of the weight and size of the object, make the possibility of weight calibration, select the measurement units of size, volume and weight, add the transmission of data via Bluetooth, as well as sound indication.Since the components were purchased in China, this brought a small problemmy to work with sensors,so how there was no exhaustive description how to work with them.In the half of the performance the customer came to the conclusion that in the future it will need a WI-FI, so it was decided to switch to the ESP32 platform Wemos lolin.The code was adapted under ESP, the display library was re-written.The body,holders and many other details were printed on the 3D printer.The whole system is created on the model plate, so how this is the first sample and it is more for the production and discovery of the gods.The following versions will be:
    Added support for Wi-Fi and data sending to the server.The individual printed fee is developed which will contain all the necessary interfaces and will be much less present, which will undoubtedly affect the quality of the product itself and its recognition by the buyers.The project is 100% commercial, on request I can send the video work of the device.

    Automatic silicone shaping of degas

    The device of the automatic silicone boiling in the shape with the degasation of the material.
    It is based on the MKS GEN L Mega2560 (Arduino Mega 2560) board with the Nextion 7 display management.
    Technical task was implemented:
    Graphic cover and algorithm for the Nextion display.
    For the MKS GEN L Mega 2560 control plate was implemented data receipt from display and parsing data.
    At the request, the plate sent the current temperature of the material to the display.
    Control 2 step engines and 2 servo conductors with the ability to adjust the speed of rotation.
    PID regulator for the shadow heating material.
    Processing data from an untouched temperature sensor.
    Control of vacuum valves.
    Protection against: low or elevated vacuum, excess temperature, sensors breakdown or their absence.
    The project is in the development phase and copyrights are imposed, therefore there is no photo.
