and as a compensation we agreed that he will do this task almost for free, within the framework of compensation for delay

After he accepted this task, he once wrote that he would begin to perform the task in the morning.
Since then, the artist has disappeared.
He does not respond to my inbound messages, even though the personal messages are read.The site is constantly appearing, responding to other tasks, but apparently lost the enthusiasm to fulfill his promises.
