Не проще реализовать бота, которому скармливаешь ссылку на чат, а он в ответ тебе всю базу (ники,айди,номера если есть)?

ну если вы сможете сделать что бы данные ( логины, телефоны, номера телефона из профиля) выкачивались и потом формировались по разным файлам - то пожалуйста можно и так
но изначальная задача выкачать телефонные номера продавцов для массовго прозвона
