    In the legal niche, attracting a lead is only 10% of the success. The main task is to convert this lead into a real deal without "wasting" managers' time on non-target contacts. Many can generate applications, but few can build a system that generates profitable deals. For the law firm, we developed and implemented a comprehensive automated funnel in messengers.

    By investing $3263 in advertising, we received not just leads, but 450 paid deals that brought in $3263 in revenue and demonstrated a high return on advertising investment.

    1. CLIENT AND TASK
    Client: A law firm providing services to individuals.
    Problem: The client was receiving applications from advertising but faced classic problems:

    Low conversion: Out of 10 leads, at best, only one would turn into a real deal.
    Load on managers: The sales department spent a lion's share of time qualifying and "warming up" cold leads.
    Unpredictability: The cost of the final client (not the lead, but the deal itself) was high and unpredictable.

    The task before me was to build a system that would automatically qualify, warm up leads, and pass only "hot" clients ready to buy to the sales department.

    2. MY SOLUTION AND WORK PROCESS
    The core of the system became a multi-level automated funnel, the logic of which is depicted in the diagram below. It worked like a virtual assistant, guiding the client from the first click to readiness to close the deal.

    KEY STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:
    Traffic from Meta Ads: We launched advertising campaigns that led not to the website but directly to the funnel. This allowed us to achieve an extraordinarily low cost per lead — only $0.71.
    Automated Funnel (Chatbot): As soon as a user entered the funnel, they went through several stages:

    Qualification: The bot asked clarifying questions to determine the client's problem and its seriousness.
    Segmentation: Depending on the answers, the client fell into the appropriate branch of the funnel, where they received relevant information (articles, videos, cases).
    Warming and trust: The system automatically sent a chain of messages demonstrating the company's expertise and addressing potential objections.
    Transfer of "Hot" Lead: Only after the lead passed all warming stages was it transferred to the manager in the CRM for closing the deal. The manager received not just a contact but already a warm, informed person.

    Instead of simply "pouring" more money into advertising, we focused on building a customer retention and monetization system (Retention Marketing), with Klaviyo as its core platform.

    Deep integration of Shopify + Klaviyo: We set up full data synchronization to track every step of the customer.

    Development of automated funnels (Flows): Key automated email and SMS chains were created and launched, operating 24/7:

    Abandoned Cart funnel that recovered up to 25% of customers.

    Assistance to military personnel, both active and retired, is not only socially important but also an extremely competitive legal niche. The task was to build a system that would provide a mass yet high-quality flow of inquiries from military personnel and their families.

    Thanks to a comprehensive strategy that included targeting, retargeting, quiz funnel, and full integration with CRM, we managed to attract over 55,000 leads at an average cost of only $0.82. The total advertising budget amounted to nearly $45,000.

    Client: A law firm specializing in providing legal assistance to military personnel (appeals against military medical commission conclusions, reports, obtaining benefits for veterans, etc.).

    Problem: The client needed a large volume of inquiries but faced the issue that leads were "cold" and not ready for dialogue. Managers spent hours qualifying leads, and the conversion to actual deals was low.

    The core of the system was the quiz funnel. This tool allowed not only to collect contacts but also to segment the audience by type of problem even before contacting a manager.

    IMPLEMENTATION STEPS:

    Creating the Landing Page and Quiz: A concise landing page was developed, with the main goal of motivating the user to take a short test (quiz) to clarify their situation. The questions in the quiz were designed to identify the key issue (e.g., "Military Medical Commission," "Benefits," "Leave").

    Setting Up Advertising Campaigns (Facebook + Instagram):

    Targeting: We used broad targeting for men of the appropriate age across Ukraine, but focused on creatives that "spoke" the language of military personnel, addressing their main pain points.

    Retargeting: A multi-level retargeting system was set up for those who visited the site but did not complete the quiz, with reminders and additional arguments.

    CRM Integration: Each application from the quiz, along with all responses, automatically went to the client's CRM system. The manager, upon opening the lead card, already saw the full picture of the problem and could conduct a substantive conversation.

    Traffic (Facebook & Instagram Ads): Large-scale advertising campaigns were launched to a broad but relevant audience. The main focus was on testing a large number of creatives (video + static) to find connections with the lowest cost per click (CPC) and the highest conversion to registration.

    Converter (Registration Page): We created a high-converting registration page that clearly communicated the value of the free webinar and maximally simplified the registration process.

    Nurturing and "Attendance": This was a key stage. After registration, the user entered a chain of reminders and nurturing content through email and chatbots. The goal was to maintain attention and maximize the desire to attend the live session. This allowed us to achieve a 48% "check-in" rate.

    Analytics and Optimization: Every stage of the funnel was tracked. We clearly saw not only the cost of registration but also the final cost of one webinar attendee ($1.76), which allowed us to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns focusing on the most "warm" and solvent audience.

    Many consider the Google Display Network (GDN) a risky tool for such a task. However, over 37 months of systematic work, we built an effective system that generated over 37 thousand inquiries at an average cost of only 12.26 UAH.

    Client: A large law firm providing B2C services across Ukraine (family, inheritance, debt, labor law, etc.).
    Problem: The company needed a new, scalable source of clients. Existing channels did not provide the required volume and stability.

    Tasks I faced:

    After analyzing the market, I bet on the Google Display Network (GDN) due to its vast reach and flexible targeting capabilities, which were ideal for scaling.

    Key stages of work:

    Strategy: The main strategy chosen was the automated "Target Cost Per Acquisition" (Target CPA). This allowed us to delegate to Google's algorithms the search for users who were most likely to submit an application while maintaining the specified cost.

    Targeting and Audiences: We tested and combined several types of audiences for maximum reach:
    In-market audiences: Users actively searching for legal services.
    Look-alike audiences: Based on data about existing clients and those who had already submitted applications.

    Keyword targeting: Displaying ads on Google partner sites whose content was relevant to our services.

    Creatives: Dozens of banner variants were developed with clear and understandable offers (Unique Selling Propositions) and strong calls to action (CTAs), tailored to different legal practices.

    Continuous optimization: Throughout the entire period (37 months), I conducted ongoing work:
    Analyzed the effectiveness of placements (ad placements).
    Regularly excluded ineffective and "junk" sites.
    Tested new hypotheses on audiences and creatives to keep CPA at a low level.
