Object Design
1. Task:
Develop a modern, aesthetic dog house in the style of modernism/minimalism, adapted for mass production.
Key requirements from the client: the structure must be fully disassemblable (Flat-pack concept) to maximize cost reduction in logistics during delivery, have 3 adaptive sizes (S, M, L) for different dog breeds, and provide an option for quick seasonal insulation.
2. Implemented design solutions:
… Modular system "Dovetail-Groove": Walls and load-bearing elements connect through a system of precise grooves and are secured with hidden eccentric fasteners (mini-fixes). This allows the end customer to assemble the dog house in 10 minutes using the instructions and minimal tools.
"Winter/Summer" technology (Insulation): A double wall contour has been designed. In the basic configuration, this is a ventilated frame. As a winter option, extruded polystyrene (EPS 20-30 mm) is placed inside the grooves, which is secured with an internal cladding made of moisture-resistant plywood (6 mm).
Flat-pack logistics: In disassembled form, all parts of the model (including the roof and base) fit into one flat box, reducing shipping costs by 3-4 times with transport companies.
Commercial upsell: The project includes a modular grid of additional options to increase the average order value for the manufacturer: attached terraces, adjustable legs for uneven surfaces, pull-out feeders, ventilation valves, and the possibility of integrating floor heating.
3. Dimensions and scaling (1 model — 3 sizes):
Size S: 850x650x650 mm (for dogs up to 10 kg)
Size M: 1050x750x750 mm (for dogs 10–30 kg)
Size L: 1250x850x850 mm (for dogs 30–50 kg)
4. Documentation to be provided (project package):
Complete 3D model of the product in .SKP (SketchUp) format with detailed layers and joints.
Detailed drawings and specifications of elements with precise fittings for CNC milling or furniture cutting.
Detailed graphic scheme (exploded view) and step-by-step assembly instructions for the end customer.
Software used: SketchUp, LayOut.

Object Design
A ready-made design case for a modern spacious chest of drawers with 8 pull-out drawers, fully adapted to the production capabilities of the "ViYar" factory. The main task of the project is to implement the client's complex visual concept without losing the rigidity of the structure and with the perfect operation of premium hardware.
Product specifications:
Dimensions (W x H x D): 1500 x 1050 x 490 mm
Materials: 18 mm particle board in two decors (Terra Oak for internal filling and Cashmere for visible external parts).
… Design concept: Hidden colour (hidden internal shades), fully recessed facades (the top and sides cover the facades), minimal technological gap from the floor of 15 mm.
What has been implemented (Design work):
Development of a three-dimensional structural scheme: A clear 3D model has been created in SketchUp with detailed explication (from 1 to 10), allowing for the assessment of gaps and assembly logic of the body before sending for cutting.
Complete detailing and specification (Cutting plan): An accurate list of parts has been formed, indicating the finished dimensions of 18 mm particle board and 3.2 mm fiberboard for the back wall.
PUR technology: Eco-friendly and moisture-resistant edging on PUR glue has been provided for all visible edges of the body and facades, taking into account the edge thickness in the final dimensions of the parts.
Engineering calculation for Blum Movento: The drilling and dimensions of the internal drawers (width 668 mm, depth 450 mm) have been calculated for hidden guides with Tip-On push mechanism and synchronization system. The stroke of the push mechanism for recessed facades has been considered.
Base of hardware and fasteners: A complete specification of fasteners (confirmats 7x50, screws, caps) has been compiled, and a system of hidden adjustable legs (Camar/Scilm) has been designed for the stability of the chest of drawers under high loads.

Working with military identity requires special responsibility and precision. The goal of this project was to create not just a clothing concept, but a powerful symbol of the unit that combines the technological aspects of unmanned systems with the indomitable spirit of Ukrainian soldiers.
The visual style is based on a premium combination of deep black textile and noble gold (sand) application. The design has been developed as a comprehensive system, fully ready for production.
