    Calcium and iron are poor neighbors; take them separately with a gap of 2-3 hours. Vitamin C, on the other hand, helps iron to be absorbed — these two can be combined confidently.
    Fat-Soluble Vitamins — Special Attention
    Vitamins A, D, E, K accumulate in the body. Their excess is harmful just like their deficiency. Do not take them without a doctor's recommendation.
    Course or Constantly?
    Usually, vitamins are taken in courses — 1-3 months with a break. An exception is vitamin D, which is often prescribed for a long term, especially in the autumn-winter period.
