The foyer welcomes employees and guests with a stylish and friendly design, setting the tone for the entire office. The spacious open space is organized to stimulate collaboration and idea exchange among teams while providing comfortable work areas for concentration and effective task execution. For more private meetings and discussions, a modern conference room is provided, equipped with everything necessary for successful negotiations and presentations.
The executive office stands out with its special style and prestige, emphasizing the status and importance of strategic decisions. A comfortable kitchen is designed with all employees' needs in mind, offering a place for pleasant lunches or coffee breaks in a cozy atmosphere. The relaxation room becomes a true oasis for recharging and restoring energy to maintain a high level of energy and inspiration throughout the workday.

Implemented project: cottage near Kharkiv
This modern cottage near Kharkiv was created for a family with a young school-age child, and every detail of the interior is thoughtfully designed with care for comfort and functionality. The space harmoniously combines a kitchen-living room where the whole family can gather, a cozy study for productive work from home, a parents' bedroom for rest and recovery, as well as a bright children's room filled with inspiration and coziness.
We provided a separate dressing room for neat storage of belongings, two stylish and practical bathrooms, as well as a utility-laundry room to ensure all household tasks are solved as conveniently as possible. The interior combines modern elements and warm accents, creating an atmosphere of coziness and harmony for the whole family.

What we did:
In this project, we completely transformed the apartment, making it more modern, comfortable, and smarter:
— Redesigned the stairs to make them not only stylish but also maximally comfortable.
— Updated the hallway, adding functionality and comfort considering all the family's needs.
— Implemented smart home elements to make controlling the lighting, temperature, and curtains easy and intuitive.
— Collaborated with contractors to integrate a central vacuum system for maintaining perfect cleanliness with minimal effort.
— Installed a well-thought-out ventilation system, ensuring fresh air and a comfortable microclimate in every corner of the apartment.

Project: apartment for rent
For this project, a small apartment was optimally redesigned for rental, where every detail ensures comfort and practicality. We carried out a competent redesign, highlighting a separate dressing room, which added useful storage space for clothes and accessories. In the kitchen area, we successfully managed without spending on expensive fittings, optimally utilizing the dead corner, which allowed us to place a niche in the bathroom for the washing machine and household chemicals.
A spacious wardrobe in the hallway is designed for maximum capacity and storage of various items: from an ironing board to a vacuum cleaner and other household items. This solution not only keeps order but also makes the space more organized. The apartment's interior is executed using modern solutions and warm accents, creating a cozy atmosphere that will surely appeal to future tenants.

Implemented project: apartment for a family
This apartment is designed for a family with a small child, taking into account the need for a calm and neutral palette that can be easily enlivened or changed with paintings and textiles. Every detail of the furnishing is well thought out: the kitchen is designed with an emphasis on maximum functionality, ensuring comfortable and convenient use of the space.
The bedroom is decorated with a romantic accent in the form of a panel with flying birds, symbolizing freedom and hope — the theme of migratory birds was particularly touching during the evacuation from the war, reminding of the desire for peace and safety. The bathroom continues this idea: wall sconces in the shape of birds near the mirror create a sense of lightness and nature even in a utilitarian space.
The restrooms were designed to look like living rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere and avoiding the effect of "stone bags." The children's room is designed with the future in mind: light and functional, it will grow with the child. The hallway features lightweight furniture to avoid overcrowding the space and maintain a sense of openness. There is plenty of storage in other areas, allowing the hallway to remain bright and relaxed.
… What we did:
- Slightly changed the layout of the electrical and plumbing systems from the developer, adapting it to the family's needs;
- Developed a kitchen project considering all the details: integrated a drinking water filter, garbage disposal, placed appliances in columns, concealed the refrigerator, gas boiler, and meter. Paid attention to spaces for large kitchen appliances, such as a multicooker and bread maker;
- Abandoned the idea of a combined kitchen-living room, as the client prefers their separation;
- Organized a full laundry room in one of the restrooms, placing a washing machine and dryer, as well as adding a toilet and a small sink;
- Designed a second restroom with a bathtub, built-in shower system, and glass curtain, providing closed storage spaces for household chemicals and accessories;
- Created spacious and functional areas: living room, bedroom, children's room, as well as a mini-office on the attached loggia;
- Arranged a bright and spacious hallway without cluttering it with furniture;
- Designed variable lighting scenarios and a thoughtful light control system;
- Used one warm and soft flooring throughout the apartment, including the hallway and restrooms, to create a sense of a cohesive and cozy space;
- Applied washable photo wallpaper in the laundry for practicality and ease of maintenance.
