156 USD Good afternoon, I am looking for a performer to develop 2-3 options for possible layouts of an apartment with the arrangement of furniture, plumbing, and appliances (1 room, 42m2) in a new building.
In the future, I will need drawings for (plumbing, electrical, etc.), visualization.

Requirements:
1. Maximize the useful area of the apartment, but do not clutter it.
2. Style – minimalism, modern approach to layout, muted colors, comfortable living conditions for a young girl/guy/couple (goal – rental).
3. The apartment needs to have designated areas: bedroom (bed) + living room (sofa and TV) + workspace (chair, table, and space for books/papers/stationery) + wardrobe + kitchen with a table (for 4 people).
4. The bathroom is shared. It needs to accommodate a shower cabin + boiler + toilet + washing machine + laundry basket + space for cosmetics/towels + mirror + towel dryer.
5. Find the optimal target use for the glazed balcony (we will not remove the wall).
6. In the hallway, I would like to have the ability to hang jackets/store shoes so that it is also used.
7. A place for an ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and household items needs to be designated.
8. The renovation will be budget-friendly, so some furniture may not be present, but zoning needs to be considered, and there should be the possibility to deliver and place everything.
9. The filling for lighting, furniture... should be modern but budget-friendly.
