Completely unprofessional approach! Does not know the most elementary basics, not to mention programming, but even just Excel spreadsheets.

Took on a project where all the data was clearly outlined, where the product is located, where it needs to be moved, and how it should look, how to integrate it. Moreover, this was discussed in the project workspace before its design.

In more than two-thirds of the allocated time, he did nothing! Initially argued the complexity of the task, then the lack of electricity (although this was only in the last 2 days of his work, out of 15), and then that he didn't know that all websites and platforms in Ukraine are currently bilingual, and he also doesn't know how to translate the specifications.

I do not recommend contacting him even for the simplest questions. You will waste time and money.
